Background

Alesia Frerichs leads Sapere’s Alexandria, Virginia office where she is responsible for mentoring, training and developing Sapere’s consulting staff as well as coordinating staffing needs between Sapere’s Group Managers and Business Sector Leads. Ms. Frerichs has previously worked at MCI Global Communications and as an independent consultancy.

Professional Experience

Ms. Frerichs has over 20 years of experience in operations and project management with a focus in technology, telecommunications, and media.  She advises clients on strategy development, business architecture development, capabilities definition, operations modeling, planning and implementation, enterprise architecture, and financial management.  Specifically, she has aided in 4th generation wireless launches, mergers and acquisitions, self service web portals, system migrations, financial operations launches, and knowledge management definition and deployment.

Ms Frerichs holds a B.S. in Economics from St. Olaf College and a M.S. in Statistics from the George Washington University.  She is a certified Project Management Professional and her core skill set includes: Business Process Improvement; Product Life Cycle Analysis; Organizational Strategy; and Project and Program Management.
