Doug Matia leads Sapere’s Media and Communications Sector where he is responsible for establishing and developing new client relationships as well as guiding the successful delivery of consulting services to existing clients. Previously, Mr. Matia has worked at Sprint Nextel Corporation, Nextel Communications Inc., PricewaterhouseCoopers and Project Performance Corporation.
Professional Experience
Mr. Matia has more than 15 years of leadership experience in the operational improvement of Fortune 500 and Federal Government enterprises. He has a demonstrated history of devising action plans and implementing solutions individually or as part of a cross-functional team. Mr. Matia has led and facilitated efforts to establish multi-year strategic plans and improve system and process performance for sales/order management, fulfillment/logistics, customer care, and information technology functional areas. In addition, he has developed extensive practical experience with customer experience design, capability maturity modeling/gap analysis, decision analysis/facilitation, and program/project management.
