Mr. Sherman has over 20 years of proffesional experience leading and contributing to business process improvement engagments. Mr. Sherman has worked internally for large telecommunications and retail-focused companies as well as a consultant for governmental clients and private industry. His work has focused on process analysis and improvement in diverse work enviroments and applications across the product life-cycle including developing technology portfolio and roadmaps, predictive analysis, business intellegince, data warehousing, billing, customer care, enterprise order management, and sales force automation.

Mr. Sherman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University and an MBA from Virginia Tech. Mr. Sherman also holds a PMP professional certification.
