Michael Lemma is a Senior Consultant with a talent for recognizing the innovative solutions that clients need in an ever changing climate. His experience in analyzing growth targets and developing strategic operational improvement projects complement Sapere’s Project Planning and Organizational Strategy core services. Previous affiliations include ModusLink and Quebecor Integrated Media.

Professional Experience

Mr. Lemma joins Sapere with more than 15 years of global business process management and client relationship development. He has architected product and service value propositions and quantification, mid to long-term advanced planning application strategy, and operational improvement projects to support ongoing customer cost requirements. His underlying focus has been in applied systems efficiency and distributive operations. He is adept at creating unique solutions, both systems and financial models, impacting quality improvement, budget demands, and profitability expectations. He is skilled in identifying problematic inefficiency and in making recommendations towards optimizing performance metrics. Michael’s overall experience as a project manager is evident in his results driven success.

Mr. Lemma has implemented multi-channel worldwide end user product and financial distribution platforms and support infrastructures, as well as developed Third Party Installer (TPI) programs. Michael will be helping to evolve our Technology Sector business development initiatives, and has extensive knowledge in analyzing product life cycles.

B.S. Degrees in Business/Computer Science and in Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound, Tacoma, Washington
