Background

Todd Walsh leads Corporate Development for Sapere focused on establishing, developing and realizing long range business initiatives.  In this role, Mr. Walsh works with Sapere’s President and Sector Leads to identify and pursue key client development activities. Mr. Walsh also acts as a client delivery manager for the Energy and Natural Resources Sector and Technology Sector. Mr. Walsh has previously worked from Project Performance Corporation, Sun Trust Bank, and various technology start-up companies.

Professional Experience

Mr. Walsh has more than 17 years of professional experience analyzing and managing projects for Federal and State government agencies, power utilities, manufacturing companies, and financial service corporations. Mr. Walsh’s background in Information Systems Management has allowed him to lead client engagements ranging from resource planning and business process improvements to technology product development.   Mr. Walsh provides clients with practical insight, technical analysis, and proven client delivery experience. These services are supported by a skill set that employs use case development, business requirements development, systems integration, system analyses, concept of operation plans, and risk analysis through the use of analytical tools, including influence diagramming, Monte Carlo simulations, and systems dynamics modeling.  He has extensive experience with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) developing project plans, estimates, and schedules for various facilities in accordance with DOE O 413.3.

Mr. Walsh holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.  His core skill set includes: Project and Program Management; Decision Engineering; Business Process Improvement; Product Life Cycle Delivery; and Organizational Strategy.
